The default is broken. So we built the alternative.
Most coaches reading this have known for a year that their tool stack is wrong. Spreadsheets, Trainerize, Stripe links, DMs — held together with willpower and a Google Doc. The reason nothing better exists yet isn't that nobody noticed. It's that until very recently, building a real branded coaching app was a $60,000 problem. Now it isn't. This page is what we did with that opening.
The choice the market gave you was a bad one.
If you're a solo coach charging $200/mo per client, the existing software market has shown you exactly two doors. Behind door one: generic SaaS. Trainerize, Everfit, TrueCoach, MyPTHub. They put their name in the App Store, your client logs in to "Trainerize," and the brand equity for every workout, every progress moment, every check-in accrues to the platform — not to you. The premium ones gate the branded experience behind a $250/mo Studio tier or a 500-client minimum.
Behind door two: custom dev shop. $30,000 to $100,000 up front. Six to nine months until launch. Three to five hundred dollars a month forever to keep it alive when Apple breaks something. By the time the app ships, two of your three best client cohorts have already churned to a competitor with a slicker stack.
Door three didn't exist. So coaches did the rational thing: they picked door one, hated it, and waited. That's the wait we're ending.
Three things shifted. Most people missed it.
The reason productized white-label couldn't exist before 2024 is a stack of small technical limitations that quietly went away in the same 18-month window.
Progressive Web Apps got real. Apple stopped fighting them. Push notifications now work on iOS Safari. Home-screen install with a custom icon and splash now feels native to most users. The 4-week App Store review process that gates traditional white-label became optional, not mandatory.
AI plan generation got cheap and fast. A 7-day adaptive coaching plan that would have cost $5 in API fees and taken 30 seconds in 2023 now costs cents and takes 3 seconds. Personalized for each client, in your coaching voice, every week. The thing every platform has been promising for a decade is now a runtime cost, not a research project.
Stripe Connect made coach-direct payments trivial. What used to require a payment processor agreement and a compliance team is now an OAuth flow. The platform never has to touch coach money. The "we take 5%" markup that competitors built their economics around stopped being structurally necessary.
Stack those three shifts together and the math for "branded coaching app at solo-coach prices, live in 24 hours, no payment markup" goes from impossible to inevitable. Somebody was going to build this. We decided it should be us.
The bet. In one paragraph.
Solo operators deserve to look as serious as the businesses they're competing with. The way you do that — without spending six months and $60K — is by treating the coaching app as a productized template, not a custom build. Six brand fields. Twenty-four hours. Your name in the App Store. Flat fee, never scaling with your roster. AI plan generation that reads in your voice, not someone else's. Payments routed directly to your Stripe, no markup. Migration off your current platform handled by us, not by you. And — when you ever want to leave — one click, full refund window, no retention pitch, full data export.
Most platforms hide the cancellation flow because they don't trust their product. We publish ours.
That's the entire bet. We think coaches charging $200+/mo will pay $49/mo flat for a branded app worth ten times that — and we think the platforms charging $250+/mo for the same thing won't be able to compete on price or structure once anyone notices. We've got eighteen months before they figure it out. We're using them.
