Compare 5 coaching apps side-by-side.

Plug in your active client count. We compute monthly cost across Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit, MyPTHub, and Cadence simultaneously — using each platform's published pricing formula. Cadence is flat-fee. The other four scale with your roster.

Reading the numbers (May 2026 update): Numbers reflect REAL-stack pricing, not headline rates. Trainerize includes the typical add-on stack ($45 Nutrition + $45 Branding + $10 Stripe Payments). TrueCoach includes their January 2026 5% transaction fee on coach billing (estimated $100/client/mo). Everfit includes Meal Plans + Autoflow add-ons. MyPTHub includes AI check-ins (+ white-label app at 50+ clients). Cadence is $79/mo flat, every feature included, zero platform fees on coach billing.

Frequently asked

How accurate are these prices?
Each platform's pricing is sourced from their public pricing page as of 2026. The calculator uses each platform's own published per-client formula. If we got a number wrong, email hello@vantagedigital.app — we'd rather lose a competitive comparison than be wrong about a published price.
Why is Cadence shown as flat?
Cadence does not charge per active client at any tier. Coach tier is $79/mo whether you have 5 clients or 500. Same structurally for Solo ($29), Founding ($39), Studio ($179), Agency ($499). This is a structural pricing difference from the other 4 platforms.
What about features — isn't price only one dimension?
Correct — this calculator is intentionally narrow on cost. Feature parity comparisons are at /vs/trainerize, /vs/truecoach, /vs/everfit, /vs/mypthub. Cost is usually what triggers platform-shopping; it's not the only thing.
Where does the calculator break down?
Three edge cases: (1) volume discounts negotiated directly with sales teams aren't captured, (2) annual-prepay discounts (typically 10-20%) aren't applied, (3) add-on features like SMS messaging or video hosting are excluded. We show base-tier monthly pricing for apples-to-apples.
Can I trust a Cadence-built calculator on Cadence's own site?
Fair question. The pricing formulas are linked to each platform's public pricing page; you can verify them directly. We'd rather lose a competitive comparison than be wrong about a published price. If we got something wrong, email hello@vantagedigital.app.
