Is my client data uploaded to your server?
No. The CSV file you drop is parsed entirely in your browser using JavaScript FileReader API. Vantage Digital never receives, stores, or sees any client data from this tool. You can verify this by opening DevTools → Network tab — you'll see zero requests carrying CSV content. The only network activity is the page load itself.
What CSV formats does the tool accept?
Common coaching-platform exports: Trainerize client list export, TrueCoach client roster CSV, Everfit user export, MyPTHub roster CSV. The tool auto-detects column headers (name, email, start_date, last_check_in, program, etc.) and maps them to Cadence's internal schema. Custom CSVs work too — the parser handles arbitrary column orders and ignores unknown columns.
What gets shown in the preview?
For each client: name, masked email, original platform start date, days as a client, last check-in date if available, current program assignment, and a Cadence migration-readiness flag. Aggregate stats at the top: total clients, average tenure, active vs dormant breakdown, projected first-month migration timeline.
What does this NOT do?
This tool only PREVIEWS the migration. It does not actually migrate anyone — no clients are created in Cadence, no emails are sent, no billing changes happen. The preview's purpose is to remove the unknown-unknowns before you decide to switch. Actual migration happens through the studio's intake process at /founding-coach after you sign up.
Can I migrate from a platform that's not in the list?
Yes. The CSV parser is platform-agnostic — it works with any spreadsheet that has client names and emails as columns. Cadence's actual migration tooling (post-signup) supports Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit, MyPTHub, FitBudd, PT Distinction, and CSV imports from any other source.
