Every story that appears on this page meets the same five criteria. No exceptions.
No "Sarah K." with no last name. Either full name or full coaching brand, with a way to verify the person exists outside this page.
Active subscription on the date the story is published. We don't run quotes from coaches who churned — that wouldn't be honest framing.
No ghost-written quotes. The coach's own words, with our edits limited to length. Final version requires the coach's written approval before publishing.
If a story claims "saved $400/mo" or "reclaimed 8 hours/week," those numbers came from the coach's own records — not invented for narrative.
If a coach loved Cadence overall but one feature didn't fit their workflow, the story says so. We'd rather publish honest mixed reviews than scrubbed five-stars.
Founding-tier coaches received locked $39/mo pricing in exchange for a written testimonial.
