White-label Coaching App

A coaching app where the coach's brand — not the platform's — is the visible identity.

What it actually means

A white-label coaching app means the underlying coaching software (programming, billing, check-ins, AI plan generation) is licensed by the coach but presented entirely under the coach's own brand. The coach's logo, colors, app name, app icon, and custom domain replace any reference to the platform vendor. End-clients install what looks and feels like the coach's own app — they may never know which underlying platform powers it.

Distinguishing it from look-alikes

White-label is structural, not cosmetic. A "branded" or "co-branded" platform still shows the vendor's name somewhere; a true white-label platform never does. Trainerize's Studio plan is co-branded (their app icon, your logo). Cadence is true white-label (your app icon, your domain, no Cadence branding visible to clients).

Examples

Cadence
True white-label — every customer operates under their own brand identity
Trainerize Studio
Co-branded with custom logo upload, but still served under the Trainerize app shell
Custom-built coaching app
True white-label by definition — but $25K-$60K to build vs $39-$499/mo on a productized platform
