EXECUTE NOW — 7-Day Prospect Outreach Sprint

This is the zero-hiccup execution plan. Open this doc, follow it line by line, send the messages. No additional research required. Each step has a time estimate. Total: ~3 hours of focused work spread over 7 days.

After this sprint, you should have 3-5 active conversations with founding-coach prospects and 2-3 partner conversations. First paying coach in 14-21 days from now.


DAY 0 (NOW · 25 min) — Setup checklist

Tick each before sending anything:


DAY 1 — Saturday evening (45 min)

Step 1.1 — Verify the first 3 prospects (15 min)

Open IG. For each of these handles, verify the prospect: - Posts within last 14 days - Bio still mentions 1:1 coaching / DM to apply - No "Trainerize Ambassador" or competitor partnership badge - DMs are reachable (try opening a message — if blocked, skip and use slot replacement below)

Prospects (from the LIVE list — verify in this order):

Step 1.2 — Personalize each DM (15 min)

For each verified prospect, open their last 3 posts. Find ONE specific thing they posted about. Open the DM template from marketing/founding-coach-prospect-list-LIVE.md for their archetype (A, B, or D template). Replace [BRACKETED] with the specific reference.

Example personalization:

Original: "Hey Vishwanath — your programming aesthetic is exactly the kind of coach we built Cadence for."

Personalized after seeing their post: "Hey Vishwanath — saw your breakdown of [the conjugate vs DUP debate] last week, that thread was exactly the kind of thinking we built Cadence for."

Step 1.3 — Send the 3 DMs (10 min)

Why staggered: IG flags rapid-fire DMs to non-followers. 30-min spacing looks human.

Step 1.4 — Log the sends (5 min)

Add three rows to marketing/prospect-list.csv:

DAY 2 — Sunday morning (30 min)

Step 2.1 — Send 2 more DMs (15 min)

Same personalization step. Same logging step.

Step 2.2 — Check for replies from Day 1 (5 min)

If anyone replied, jump to the REPLY HANDLING section below. Don't wait — same-day reply is critical.

Step 2.3 — Post your first IG carousel (10 min)

Use brand/ig/ig-post-1-trainerize-flat.png (the "Trainerize charges per client. Cadence is flat $79/mo" post — though now the headline number is $79, the per-client argument is the same — recaption it if needed).

Suggested caption:

DAY 3 — Monday morning (45 min)

Step 3.1 — Send 3 more DMs (15 min)

Step 3.2 — Reply to any Day-1/2 replies (15 min)

For each reply, use the right script from marketing/founding-coach-outreach-v2.md:

If they say "tell me more":

[respond to their specific question if asked, then:] Quickest path: tour the live coach hub at cadencecoach.training/coach (no signup, real interactions). If they say "what makes you different from [X]":

Honest answer in 4 specifics — [pull from the matrix at /why-cadence-wins, pick the 4 most relevant to their archetype]. Public side-by-side: vantagedigital.dev/why-cadence-wins.

If they say "I'm happy with [their tool]":

Totally fair. Two questions if open: what does it do really well for you, and what's the one thing that always frustrates you about it? Most founding coaches we've onboarded came from [their tool] — usually the unlock was [archetype-specific row from the matrix].

Step 3.3 — Post IG carousel #2 (10 min)

DAY 4 — Tuesday morning (30 min)

By now there should be 1-3 replies. Same response framework as Day 3.

DAY 5 — Wednesday (30 min)

Step 5.1 — Approach 3 partners (20 min)

These are the audience-holders for the affiliate program. They are NOT founding-coach prospects — they're partner prospects. Send the partner DM (template G in marketing/founding-coach-outreach-v2.md):

On a Studio plan that's $53.70/mo per referred coach forever (Studio is now $179). 5 referrals/mo = $268/mo passive. Your audience is dead-center for this. Worth a 60-second look.

Step 5.2 — Reply to backlog

DAY 6 — Thursday (15 min)

Step 6.1 — Follow up with non-responders from Day 1-2

For Slots 1, 4, 7, 2, 8 that haven't replied — send the A2 follow-up template:

Hey [first name] — quick follow-up. The most-asked question after my last message was "what makes Cadence different from [their tool]." Honest answer in 4 bullets:

· AI reads each client's full lifetime training history (not last 4 weeks) · Workouts + nutrition unified on one calendar · Transparent dunning policy — Day 0 → 3 → 7 → 14 documented in-app · Built-in client referral system (no other platform has this)

DAY 7 — Friday (15 min)

Step 7.1 — Post IG carousel #5 (vacation mode)

Coach goes on vacation? Trainerize: cancel + re-onboard each client.

Cadence: Vacation Mode toggle. Pauses billing studio-wide, auto-replies on incoming messages, holds AI generation. Resume any time.

Open prospect-list.csv. Count: - Total sent: 10 founding + 3 partners = 13 - Replies received: ___ - Active conversations: ___ - Closes (deposits taken on Stripe): ___ - Demo tours (clicks on /why-cadence-wins or /coach hub): ___

If you have 2+ active conversations, the system is working. Run batch 2 (slots 11-25) the following week.

If you have 0-1 replies after 13 sends, the issue is one of: - DM template needs adjustment (try different opening line) - Prospect list needs different archetype mix - Time-of-day needs adjustment

THE NORTH STAR

Conservative success metric for this 7-day sprint: - 2-3 paying coaches at $39/mo locked for life - 1 partner signed up for the affiliate program - 0 IG suspensions / shadow-bans (rate-limit hygiene)

Aggressive success: - 5 paying coaches + 2 partners + first inbound DM from someone who saw an IG post

Either way, this 7-day sprint validates the entire conversion infrastructure we built across v0.1 → v0.4. Once the first paying coach lands, every other moat starts working: testimonials, client referrals, partner credibility, SEO backlinks, social proof.
