The Cadence flow

From "interested" to "your branded app live with all your clients onboarded" — exactly 24 hours, four steps.

Hour 0 · You

Pay $299 setup to lock your build

One-click Stripe checkout for the $299 Coach setup ($599 if you're going Studio). The recurring subscription does not start until your branded app is live — you're not paying $79/mo for nothing while we build. The $299 funds the build, migration work, and the studio time we spend customizing your branded app from your intake. Refundable for 14 days if you decide to walk away after going live.

Hour 1-4 · Together (30 min)

Brand intake form

We jump on Zoom. Six fields lock the entire branded experience: app name, short name, tagline, logo emoji, primary color, accent color. We also pick your goal mode (Hypertrophy / Strength Block / Lean Recomp / Hybrid / etc.) which drives the AI plan-generation voice. If you're migrating from another platform, we walk through the export checklist live so the CSV is in our hands by call's end.

Hour 4-22 · We work

Overnight build + migration

Our team configures your branded app from the six fields, imports your client roster, maps every active program into adaptive Cadence programs, sets up payment plans through your Stripe account (your money never touches us), and pre-warms next week's AI plan for every client so they open the app to a personalized week, not a blank screen. You don't do anything during this step.

Hour 22-24 · You + Us

Review + welcome wave

You log into the coach dashboard, walk through 3-5 client accounts to confirm everything migrated correctly. We hand you the pre-written branded welcome email + SMS. You hit send. Your roster installs your app from a home-screen prompt — average client install-to-first-workout time: 90 seconds.

The custom build flow

For operators with a workflow Cadence (or any productized SaaS) won't match. Internal tools, niche portals, integrations with proprietary systems. Fixed scope, flat rate, 100% code ownership at delivery.

5-minute form on /intake. What you do, the workflow you want automated, any existing systems we'd need to integrate with.

Step 2 · 30 min · Free

Free scoping call

Walk through your workflow, requirements, desired outcomes. Within 1 hour of the call you receive a written scope with features, timeline, and flat-rate price.

Step 3 · 50% deposit

Approve + pay deposit

Review the scope and price. If it looks right, 50% deposit via Stripe to start the build. Remaining 50% due at delivery — no surprise charges.

Step 4 · 72hr-4wk

Review, launch, own

Working prototype within 24-72 hours. Two revision rounds included. Final payment + full code ownership transfer at delivery. The app is yours, forever.
