Step 1 · Brand intake (8 minutes)
You submit business name, logo, colors, app name, and URL slug.
The intake form is a single page. Coach uploads logo (or skips and we route to studio designer), picks 2-3 brand colors with hex codes or color picker, names the app (e.g., "Strong With Sara"), and chooses the URL slug (e.g., strongwithsara.cadencecoach.training — or full custom domain if you've bought one). Submit, you're done.
Step 2 · Studio build (24 hours, contractual max)
We build the branded white-label app.
Studio receives intake, generates the branded PWA with your colors/logo/name as the visible identity. Cadence wordmark appears nowhere your clients will see. App is staged at your subdomain. You receive a working preview link via email — typically within 4-8 hours of intake submission, never longer than 24.
Step 3 · You walk through the preview app on your phone
Test the install, the home screen, the splash, the colors. Note any tweaks.
Open the preview link on your phone, "Add to Home Screen" (iOS Safari) or "Install app" (Android Chrome). Verify the install icon, splash screen, app name on your home screen all look right. If anything is off, reply to the preview email — adjustments turn around in under 4 hours.
Step 4 · AI plan generation, trained on your voice
Generate a first program. The AI uses your coaching style.
Open the coach dashboard, create a sample client, click "Generate plan." The AI takes goals + injuries + history + wearable data + your prior programs, generates a program that reads in your coaching voice (not generic AI prose). Tweak any block; the AI learns. Around month 3-6, the lifetime-memory layer means it remembers what's been tried for that specific client and avoids repeating misses.
Step 5 · Stripe-direct billing
Wire your Stripe account; client payments flow direct to you.
Connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect onboarding (5 minutes). Client subscription payments now flow directly into your Stripe account — Cadence never touches the money. You set your own pricing (we don't dictate). You see all your client billing in your own Stripe dashboard, separate from Cadence.
Step 6 · First client check-in
Send a client an invite. They install your branded app. Submit first check-in.
From the coach dashboard, click "Invite client" → enter their email → they receive a personal-from-you email with the install link. They install (PWA, no App Store). They submit their first check-in (photos + measurements + RPE notes + wearable data). You see it in your dashboard within seconds. The full coach-client loop is now live.
