What does the free audit actually cover?
We look at your current coaching software stack (subscription tier, add-ons, transaction fees, Apple Developer Account if applicable) and your roster size, then we compute your real all-in monthly cost. We compare it to flat-fee alternatives (including Cadence) and tell you exactly where the leak is. 15 minutes max. No pitch.
Is this just a sales call in disguise?
No. If Cadence isn't the right fit for your practice, we'll tell you which flat-fee alternative is. We win when coaches stop overpaying for software, even when they don't switch to us — the goodwill compounds, and you'll remember us when you do switch.
How long does it take?
15 minutes. We respect your time. If we're not done in 15, we'll either send you the analysis async or schedule a 15-min follow-up — your call.
Do I need to share my actual billing?
No specific dollar amounts required. We can work from the public pricing pages of your current platform plus your roster size and add-on selections. If you want a more precise number, you can share screenshots of your billing dashboard during the call — but it's optional.
What's the catch?
The audit is genuinely free because it's how we earn the right to your attention. If Cadence is the right fit, we'll say so and explain founding-cohort pricing. If it's not, we'll say that too. No catch.
